We meet at 19.00 CET on the first Wednesday of the month 9 times a year: January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October and November.

Each meeting runs 90 minutes and we do not take breaks.

The theme of the meeting changes from month to month but the agenda is the same for every meeting:

1. Thea Mikkelsen share her thoughts on the theme of the meeting to inspire participants to reflect on what aspect of the theme of the month they want to work with. 

2. You will be guided through personal reflection journeys that will help you develop your own thoughts.

3. Participants will meet in smaller groups where you will present your thoughts and be given constructive feedback from your peers.

4. Wrap-up and collective reflections.

You will be asked to share some of your thoughts related to the theme of the meeting. What you decide to share is up to you. If you feel like not sharing much that is totally acceptable.

Yes, the Milano Club online meetings are where you can meet Thea Mikkelsen every month.

I have decided to offer Milano Club for free because I have learned so much from my clients during the last 15 years and I want to give something back to the creative community.

During the Milano Club meetings I also learn a lot about what professional creative people struggle with these years. This learning enriches my work with creative organisations and leadership programs in the creative industries.

As some of you will know I am also currently working on a ph.d. project at NIODA in Melbourne, Australia.  Because of the ethical requirements of this program I am not allowed to use any of the insights I get during the Milano Club meetings for my ph.d. To be able to do that I need a signed agreement before I collect  information.
