• How you can find your own personal authority through facing your professional situation with clarity and integrity and decide how you want to approach it.

Our approach

Our approach to coaching builds on Thea Mikkelsen's years of practice being trained as a psychologist and a psychoanalyst as well as dynamic organisational psychologist.

The method builds on contemporary psychoanalysis, systems psychodynamics, organisational development theories, leadership theories, action research and educational and change psychology.

Working with professional creativity is my passion. These years we experience groundbreaking changes in the way people in the creative industries perceive themselves and their roles in collaborations.

I help my clients find their role and direction in their professional lives and decide how they want to meet their personal, collaborative and structural challenges.

Elise Langager

During coaching sessions I help professional creative people to gain self awareness and change patterns. I am educated as both a psychologist, MSc, and as a film editor and I have been working for Thea since 2021, and together with Thea developed the leadership courses, coaching courses and the leadership training method "Leading Scenarios". I facilitate group meetings during different courses and the coaching sessions I do are based on the professional development approach Thea has developed.
