Kreative processer er den delOur creativity centred approach helps our clients build individual, group and organisational cultures that allow and support professional creativity.

Fostering room for professional creativity requires both leadership and management. We help our clients find the balance between organisational structures and individual drives on both individual and collective levels and define a leadership culture that supports it.

Our approach is not only relevant for the creative industries. Every kind of professional collaboration as well as client relationship can benefit from our trainings and will experience a greater awareness of and ability to perform creative problemsolving. We design and facilitate partner group meetings, individual and group leadership processes, management development and collaboration kick-offs.

The central tenet of our method is that as we define ourselves through our actions we are also defined by how we are read by others.

Our method trains participants in practicing influence with a professional intention by:
1. Defining and identifying with prefered outcomes.
2. Decipher what is stuck in the situation and where the possibility for movement and transformation resides.
3. Developing and practicing new actions that will create the wanted outcome.

 

At the core of our work is the focus on our clients needs to find out who they are and how they want to influence and make an impact with their work.

In both our coachings, leadership trainings and work with organisations we facilitate reflection processes that helps our clients take a stance and stand out.

Background

Our work is caring, structured and ambitious.

We apply insights and methods from professional development training, research in the creative industries as well as methods from professional creative cultures and psychoanalysis to deliver a focused, dynamic and deep transformational training.

Our work is influenced by Thea Mikkelsen's personal training as a psychoanalyst in Denmark and Italy, her work with group dynamics as external lecturer at the systems psychodynamic program MPO at Roskilde University in Denmark as well as her Ph.d. studies at NIODA in Melbourne, Australia.
