In a hidden valley in Piemonte were you only hear the sound of nature, we invite leaders who want to sharpen their leadership intent and position themselves for a broader leadership repertoire on a dedicated journey towards ambitious results.

Through a carefully guided process, you will be challenged to gain new insight in how you take up your work and leadership, inspired to develop practices you can carry forward, and coached so you leave with concrete strategies.

The process works with three learning dimensions and is structured around a three step progression:

1. Understanding: What is at stake in the relationships surrounding the task and how do you take up your role in those relationships?
2. Positioning: What is your intent? What do you really want and how can you position yourself to make that happen?
3. Action: How do you create intent, direction, and a culture of motivated collaboration that fosters the results you offer?

You leave with a clear leadership intent and an action plan to make that intent reality. A set of specific next steps built from five days of serious work on your actual situation.
