Topic-focused workshops are a tool for organizations and managers who need to call attention to a specific subject. With a workshop it is possible to both address the topic, get people to engage in it and to train new practices to support the outcome.
I arrange workshops for my clients that focus on specific topics such as developing new kinds of feedback culture, collaborative meetings, fostering a creative culture, client processes and understanding one’s role and the strategy of the company.
Workshops typically last between 2 hours to a full day and are always tailored to fit the purpose of the workshop. I often design a range of workshops that build up a process to allow the organization to reflect and incorporate the output.
The workshop typically consists of small presentations, guided group reflection, design of new possibilities, group activities and presentations.
Place—Leadership development programs may take place at the company or at offsite facilities that support the coaching program.
