New demands on leadership from inside or outside an organization or a wanted or acquired new position in a company call for taking new leadership roles. This requires that the leaders understand themselves and the roles they will have to play in new ways. For highly specialized people this does not only entail adopting new ways of behaving or presenting yourself but involves training new kinds of successful actions that can lead to the required results.
I work with managers, HR and C-level executives in the fields of R&D, architecture & design, media, marketing, finance and IT to design leadership development processes that expose participants to new leadership methods and ensure that they know what is expected of them. Through presentations, discussions and individual sessions participants are engaged in personal reflection to help them establish themselves in their new leadership positions and reach the goals they would like to achieve in the future.
The leadership development program is always tailored to suit the outcome required.
It may consist of presentations and courses in leadership linked to the strategy of the organization and performance requirements. It may include the Hogan Leadership Assessment, personal coaching sessions, group sessions and live leadership supervision. When required I co-design with local HR or others and facilitate the process together with trusted collaborators.
